Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the holistic health care system of India and the healing branch of
Yogic science for over 5000 years. When the body has become
imbalanced through incorrect lifestyle and diet, and/or you are
affected by long standing health issues that are only suppressed by
conventional medicine; Ayurveda may be the treatment for you.
A consultation, together with a pulse diagnosis and tongue analysis will
determine your dosha, or body energy type. Based on this analysis
Elaine will teach you how to recognise where you have been going wrong and
advise you on how to correct this.

An Ayurvedic assessment consists of:
- An in-depth conversation about your past and present health conditions
- As assessment of your tongue and pulse
- Muscle Testing to assess all the organs and systems of the body
Once all this is complete Elaine will then provide:
- Information and advice on diet
- Information on Herbal Therapy or Vitamin and Mineral Supplements
- Advice on Lifestyle Management
- Massage and/or Energy Healing
- Spiritual Guidance if necessary
